Testimonial
At six, Raiden was a world unto himself.
Diagnosed with autism, he lived in a sensory-filled universe where the simplest
tasks were monumental challenges. Food was a battleground; every bite was a
potential crisis. Self-care was a foreign concept, and his world was a solitary
place. His bright mind, however, was trapped, unable to express itself due to
overwhelming behavioral challenges. The mainstream school had become a daunting
impossibility.
Ryan was a whirlwind of energy when he
arrived at Autism Allies Center in 2021 at the tender age of three. Diagnosed
with ADHD, he presented with significant challenges: difficulty eating and
drinking, limited communication, disruptive behaviors, and constant movement.
His world was a confusing and overwhelming place.
Ethan was four when his world, and that of
his parents, shifted. A diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder brought a mix of
emotions: fear, uncertainty, and a determination to provide the best possible
support. Enrolling Ethan at Autism Allies Center felt like a beacon of hope in
a sometimes-daunting landscape.
In 2021, Prince Loris, an 8-year-old boy with ADHD, was enrolled at the Autism Allies Center. At the time of his enrollment, Prince faced significant challenges in communication, sensory processing, self-care, behavior regulation, and academics. His parents were deeply concerned about these difficulties and worried about his future. The team at Autism Allies Center immediately began working with Prince using a tailored approach that included Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy and other evidence-based interventions. This comprehensive plan aimed to address his unique needs and help him overcome the obstacles he faced.
